Welcome to my Fall 2015 Ballymaloe Cookery School 12-Week Certificate experience!  These 12 weeks were life-changing, with so many eye-opening (and palate-expanding) experiences in southern Ireland (near Cork).  If you are considering participating in the course, DO IT.  YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!  I hope these day-by-day accounts of my time here show just how inspiring this paradise is!
